The goals of The OBGYN Pavilion's Quality Assurance program are to ensure that our patients receive the finest medical care available and that we remain a state-of-the-art facility using the latest in medical technologies. We are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) which is the highest level of accreditation in the country.

The program is managed by a panel which includes the Medical Director, Director of Nursing/Associate Director, and independent appointees who are not employed by The OBGYN Pavilion. The program ensures that the highest standards of medical care are maintained. This is achieved by a thorough review of medical records to evaluate the level of care, an audit of physician performance to monitor compliance to The OBGYN Pavilion’s patient protocols, and a review of suggestions and compliments made by patients. Our clinical staff is supported by strong policy and procedure manuals, which include quality assurance and utilization management techniques, patient protocols, and emergency care and OSHA guidelines.
